Fee-for-Service
Therapy is provided on a fee-for-service basis at $175 for 55 minutes, $150 for 45 minutes, or $100 for $30 minutes. Cash, check, or credit cards are accepted. Insurance
If you plan to use your insurance benefits to pay for therapy, please contact your insurance provider to ask about their coverage and policies for behavioral health services. Many insurance companies specify a limit on the number of sessions they will pay for, require that you obtain preauthorization or approval before beginning therapy, and/or require that you meet a deductible or make a copay. These are only examples of common behavioral health policies- your own insurance company’s requirements may be different.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments that are missed without 24-hour notice are subject to a missed-session fee.
